1: Successful Study Skills Course

In three one-hour intensive sessions students will learn how to take responsibility for their own learning. During these sessions students will:

• Identify strengths, weaknesses and habits that they need to change or reinforce.
• Implement an organisation and tracking system for their study.
• Grasp how amazing their brain is and learn proven study skill techniques that significantly improve grades.
• Learn new thinking and memory methods that suit their own unique learning styles.
• Decide what realistic subject and study behaviour goals they want to achieve.
• Find out what is required to get achieved, merit or excellence in exams and then implement an action plan to get the grades they want.

All information is kept confidential.
A start up pack containing motivational and learning resources is included.
Parents may or may not wish to be present during these sessions.

2: Study Coach Full Study Tuition

Our Study Coach tuition sessions (the most popular choice after option one) get incredible results and include focusing on developing a range of study skills and personal responsibility over sets of 12 one-hour sessions. S-Coaches offer one to one support, tracking and tuition across all subjects providing great value for money.

• Enhances study productivity.
• Decreases stress and study anxiety.
• Provides access to a large range of trademarked study resources and revision guides.
• Prepares students for internal assessments and external exams.
• Assists students with the development of a tailored tracking system that motivates them to achieve their goals.
• All in a caring, relaxed environment.

Regular meetings are held with parents to provide feedback and suggest supportive measures that could be implemented at home. This option can include an initial house call to establish an effective home study environment.

3: Study Coach Single Subject Tuition

Highly motivational tuition is provided in small groups covering one subject only. This option is currently available for:

• Maths
• Science

• Maths

Students will get help with:

• Most importantly - Learning subject content.
• Getting higher grades in internal assessments.
• Learning how to create revision notes suited to their individual learning preferences.
• Following a realistic revision schedule for exams.
• Using the correct terminology needed to get merits and excellences in science exams.
• Eliminating common mistakes and errors made in maths.
• Developing logical thinking skills needed to tackle high level maths questions.
• Tracking study progress.

This cheaper option is best suited for students struggling or wanting to excel in a particular subject.
